Can you offer any areas of Chicago and New York besides those listed on your website?

Yes we can! Please reach out to us here and explain which areas of the city you’re interested in, including what size piece. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request and get back to you shortly with a mockup image of the piece.

 
 

Can you offer any other cities besides Chicago and New York?

We’re always working to add new cities to the collection and would love to have your input on where to go next. Please find a form here to give us your votes and follow us on Instagram for updates on new locations!

 

Are you able to create pieces larger than 12” x 12”?

Yes we are! We can provide pieces in standard frames sizes up to 30” x 24” upon request. Please contact us to explain your idea and receive a quote.

 

How do you make a CityMini?

Each piece is carefully 3d printed using FDM technology and then mounted and framed to create a ready-to-hang piece of wall art. Click here to find out more about the production process!

 

Do you have a location I can visit to browse the pieces?

We are currently an ecommerce platform only with no physical locations. You can reach out here and I’d be happy to describe the quality of the pieces with additional images or provide you with any other information.

 

A product says “Out of Stock” - when will more be available?

A product may say out of stock because there are currently many pieces in production. Instead of increasing the shipping times to something unreasonable, we ask that you place your email in the form to the right on the product page to be notified when it becomes available again.

 

Why are the shipping times so long?

Due to the custom nature of the pieces, each is made to order and takes some time to 3d print, mount, frame, and package. This is to ensure that each piece is treated with special care and created only when a customer has ordered it. Thank you for your patience!

 

How do I get in touch about the current status of my order?

You can reach out here and choose “Specific Order” as your subject. We will reply to you shortly after with an update on you order / answer to your question.

 

What is the return policy?

You can view our return policy here. In summary, there is a 30-day return/exchange period for all products - we require that the piece be shipped back before a refund or exchange can be applied. In the event your piece arrives damaged, we will work with you to resolve the issue ASAP.

 

Are you able to ship international?

Unfortunately due to the nature of and bulk of the finished pieces, we are only able to ship within the contiguous United States. This is to maintain the quality and integrity of the pieces and reduce the chance of damage during shipment.
